Registration and Application Form

A1. The details entered on the Registration page cannot be changed. However other details can be changed before the final submission of application form. Once the application form is submitted finally, no details can be changed.

A2. Candidates are requested to note down their generated Application Sequence Number while registering. Check your registered E-mail ID & Registered Mobile number. If you have not received any E-mail or SMS, you can change your password from yourself option available on login screen with the help of your registered details and generated Application Sequence Number.

A4. Kindly login your application form and see your details whether the payment is done successfully or not. If payment was deducted, but payment is not reflected on your application form, then wait for next 24 Hrs. If it is still not reflected, kindly do the another payment and contact your bank for refund of your previous payment.

A5. The name must be entered as it appears in the Matriculation Certificate (Class 10th Certificate) or Equivalent Certificate awarded to you. There should not be any variation in form or spelling.

A9. Yes, kindly refer to the Information Brochure. But, you can opt only for any one stream courses between PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) or PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) or Arts and Others streams

A10. Examination will be conducted in One (1) Shift for all candidates. There will be no multiple shifts for different courses/streams.

A11. Kindly login into your application form through your User ID & password shared with you on your registered E- mail/Mobile number and check the application Status.

A12. Candidate is requested to note down their Application Sequence Number while registering, there is an option to reset the password on login screen. The candidate can change password from there.

A13. Kindly visit the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences official website. A mock test link is hosted there for candidates to get familiar with online tests.

A14. No, only scanned files are to be uploaded while filling the Application form.

A15. After submitting the complete details on your application Form, Form will redirect you into a Payment Gateway. You are requested to do the payment there through Online Payment only.

A18. The exam will be conducted in multiple Districts of Uttar Pradesh. However, UPUMS has full right to add or remove the Examination Cities as per the requirement.

A19. No, TA/DA will not be provided for appearing in the Examination. The candidates have to appear in the Examination at their own expenses.

A24. It will be mentioned on the Candidate's Admit Card. The candidate is advised to read the instructions on Admit Card carefully before coming to the Examination Center.
