GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION CUM ADMISSION FORM:
Go to AIL website, www.ail.ac.in(http://ail.ac.in)
Click on the New Registration tab.
The online Application-cum-Admission Form comprises of two steps.
2. STEP -I
Now, online registration form will appear.
Fill the basic information of the candidate in the registration page (i.e. Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, Mobile number, Email Id etc.).
The application number and password will be forwarded through the registered email id and mobile number. The same is required before filling online form at Step II.
3. STEP -II
Before applying online please keep following documents ready :
Scanned/soft copy of the passport size photograph –(size less than 80kb)
Signature (size less than 80kb)
10th marksheet (size less than 5MB)
12th marksheet if result is declared already (size less than 5MB).
Log in with your application number and password shared with you on your email id and mobile number.
Click on Go to Application and fill in all the required details as per requirement.
Choose category and fill the details thoroughly.
Select Test city preference and proceed to payment through online methods. Applicant must select Examination Centre carefully. Request for change in examination. centre due to unavoidable circumstances will be accepted only up to 10 Jul 2021. Conducting authority reserves the right to accept or reject the request for Change. In Examination Centre based on other relevant factors. No request will be entertained after expiry of due date. For change in examination centre, applicants to apply from registered e- mail id giving registration number, name of applicant, father’s / mother’s name, registered mobile Number and specific reason for change at firstname.lastname@example.org. Request for change of exam centre on telephone or whatsapp message will not be accepted.
Select the payment option for the payment of Fees of Rs. 3000/- or (Rs 4000/- with late fee, if applicable) through Internet banking, Debit/Credit Card. Offline payment will not be accepted.
Your application form will not be considered complete till you see the payment successful status in your application preview page.
In case an applicant has applied more than once i.e. filled more than one application and paid application fee of Rs 3000/-/ 4000/- each time. Application fee will not be refunded.
Being allowed to deposit fees does not entitle any candidate for admission.
4. Weightage for Admission (Army Category Only).
Competent authority has approved weightage for admission to Professional Colleges / Institutes vide AWES letter No B/45902/Amdt/C/AWES dt 15 Jul 2020 for the children of the Gallantry Award Winners, Mention In Dispatches, War Widows, Battle Casualties and Physical Casualties. Same has been given in detail in the prospectus Applicants are advised to read them carefully and keep supporting documents ready for uploading at the time of filling application form. Applications without supporting documents or with incomplete documents will not be considered for weightage.
(b) Certificates and Supporting Documents.
A candidate is required to submit necessary certificates / documents to prove his /her eligibility for claiming weightage under a relevant category. Following documents to be uploaded:
Certificate No IV – download Form IV from Online application.
Self-attested or Certified photocopy of the part II order/copy of the citation/Gazette Notification conferring the award.
For other than Serving parents- Self attested copy of discharge book /service particulars book for officers supporting claim under this category.
For Sena Medal (Gallantry) a certificate obtained from MS X or Concerned Record office mentioning that the Sena Medal awarded to the offr/JCO/OR is for an act of gallantry (bravery).
All original certificates will be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
Note: For uploading additional documents with Form IV, Make one pdf file size not more than 3.5mb.
5. Field Service Based Weightage (Applicable for Army Category only)
As per directions received vide HQ AWES letter no. B/45840/Gen/AWES dated 14 Feb 2020 and 07 April 2021, a ‘Mock Admission Process’ to work out modalities of “field service-based weightage” system for admission to wards of Army personnel is required to be undertaken by AIL Mohali for the current session.
In order to put the system in place subsequently, inputs are being sought from the parents of the applicants on trial basis in the current academic session and the same has been incorporated in the online application Form.
It is mandatory for all applicants of Army category to fill the authentic details of the field service of the parent in the attached form and upload it as part of the application.
These details will be verified by the concerned agencies.
Note: No field service based weightage will be given for admission in the current session 2021-2022.
