Read the below instructions carefully, before filling up the online application form. You are advised to take a printout of these instructions to refer to the same while filling out the online application form:

1. Application Procedure:
   • Apply Online :Applications can only be submitted through the official BITS Pilani admission website: https://admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in/FD/FD.html .
   • Exam Sessions : BITSAT-2026 will be conducted in two sessions:
     1)Session-1: 15th April 2026 to 16th April 2026*
     2)Session-2: 24th May 2026 to 26th May 2026*
   • Application Deadline: The last date to apply for Session-2 is 5th May 2026.
2. Steps to Submit the Application:
   • Registration:
   • For already registered candidates, who have applied only for Session-1, can login via existing User ID/Application Number and Password and proceed to submit form for Session-2.
   • For candidates, who have already applied for both the sessions, need not to register now.
   • Fresh Candidates - First REGISTER to obtain a system-generated, unique, 8-digit Application Number (User ID) and Password. Note down this number for future correspondence.
   • Use a valid email ID and mobile number that will remain active throughout the admission process.
   • OTPs for validation will be sent to the registered email and mobile number.
   • Important Details:
   • The Application Number and Password will also be sent to the registered email and mobile number. (Overseas candidates will receive these details via email only).
   • Ensure accurate entry of Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Address, Gender, and Test City Preferences, as these details cannot be changed later.
3. Participation Guidelines:
   • Session Selection
     Candidates who have already registered for both the sessions can appear for Session-2.
   • Candidates can register for Session-2, if they have not registered or attended Session-1.
   • If the candidates initially registered only for Session-1, they may now register for Session-2 by using same credentials (User ID/Application number and password).
   • Score Consideration :For candidates appearing in both sessions, the higher of the two scores will be considered for admission.
4. Fee Structure for Session-2:
   • The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • Candidates who have applied earlier for Dubai and now applying for India and Nepal, the Fee will be for Male(3600/-), Female(3100/-) and Transgender(3100/-).
   • Candidates who have applied earlier for Dubai and are now applying for Kuwait, the Fee will be 2000/-.
5. Payment Process:
   • Fees can be paid online through PayU Money, PayTM, Razorpay Payment Gateway.
   • Financial details are not stored by BITS servers; refer to the website's privacy policy ( https://admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in/Privacy.html) for more information.
6. Key Dates:
   • Application Deadline: Submit the online form and fee by 5:00 PM on 5th May 2026.
   • Edit Window:Corrections can be made between 7th and 9th May 2026. Note: Certain fields such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Address, Gender, and Test City Preferences cannot be edited post-registration.
7. Application Submission Guidelines:
   • Submit only one application form; duplicate submissions will be rejected.
   • Ensure all entries are accurate before submission.
   • After submission, take a printout of the application for future reference.
8. Image Upload Requirements:
   • Photograph:File Format: jpg/jpeg and Size: 50 KB to 100 KB
   • Signature:File Format: jpg/jpeg and Size: 10 KB to 100 KB
9. Additional Information:
   • *Any changes in dates or other important announcements will be communicated on the official website.
   • Use the provided navigation links during the online process and avoid using the browser's back button.
   • Always log out and close the browser after completing the application to safeguard personal details.
