Read the below instructions carefully, before filling up the online application form. You are advised to take a printout of these instructions to refer to the same while filling out the online application form:

1. Apply online:
   • Apply exclusively through the official BITS admission website (www.bitsadmission.com).
   • BITSAT-2025 will be conducted two times (Session-1 and Session-2). Last date to apply for Session-2 is 10th June, 2025.
2. Application Form Submission:
   • For already registered candidates, who have applied only for Session-1, can login via existing User ID/Application Number and Password and proceed to submit form for Session-2.
   • For candidates, who have applied for both the sessions, can only update the Test Centre during the edit window.
   • Fresh Candidates - First REGISTER to obtain a system-generated, unique, 8-digit Application Number (or User ID/Application Number) and Password. Note down this number for future correspondence.
   • Use a valid Email-ID and Mobile Number, which must remain active until the admission process gets completed.
   • Application Number and Password will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number. Overseas candidates will receive them only on the registered email address. You are advised to make a note of your credentials.
   • Ensure accuracy in providing Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Gender, as these details cannot be modified post-registration.
3. Form Printout:
   • Upon completing the online form and payment, it is recommended to take a printout for future reference.
4. BITSAT-2025 Participation:
   • A candidate may appear a maximum of two times in BITSAT-2025.
   • BITSAT-2025 will be held in two sessions: Session-1 (26th May to 30th May 2025) and Session-2 (22nd June to 26th June 2025).
   • A candidate may opt for Session-1 or BOTH. A candidate may opt to appear twice, even at the time of the first application. For a candidate who has appeared twice in BITSAT-2025, and then seeks admission to any of the First Degree programmes (B.E., M.Sc., B.Pharm.) in BITS Pilani, the higher of the two scores will be considered for admission.
   • A candidate may also choose to appear the second time (i.e. Session-2) after the first appearance. To facilitate this process, candidates who have appeared during Session-1 but had not originally exercised the option to appear twice will be allowed to apply for Session-2 during 26th May to 10th June, 2025.
   • Candidates who did not register during (20th January, 2025 to 18th April, 2025) can register for only Session-2 during 26th May, 2025 to 10th June, 2025
5. Test Center and fees (for BITSAT centers in India and Nepal)::
   • Fees for appearing in both the sessions is Rs. 5500 (male) or Rs. 4500 (female). For such candidates, the higher of the two scores will be considered for admission.
   • Fee for appearing once in either of the two sessions is Rs. 3500 (male) or Rs. 3000 (female).
   • Candidates who opt to appear in session-1 only, choose then to apply separately to appear a second time (Session-2) also, will have to pay an additional sum of Rs. 2000 (for a male candidate) and Rs. 1500 (for a female candidate).
   • The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Test Center and fees (for BITSAT center in Dubai):
   • If you choose Dubai as a test center, the fee for one Session is Rs. 7150 (both male and female). For both sessions: Rs. 9150 (both male and female).
   • The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Payment Information::
   • Financial information is not captured by the BITS server; refer to the Privacy Policy(https://www.bitsadmission.com/Privacy.aspx) for details.
   • After submitting details, make an online payment using PayU Money, PayTM Payment Gateway. The fee details are as follows:

8. Application Deadline:
   • The last date for BITSAT-2025 (Session-2) is 10th June, 2025.
   • Submit the online form with the prescribed fee by 5:00 PM on the deadline. No need to send the form by post.
9. Revision/Edit Window:
   • A revision/edit window will open from 13th June, 2025 to 14th June, 2025. Post this edit window no edit/update will be allowed
   • Correct any errors in the filled application form during this period. Note that certain details cannot be modified post-registration, hence you are required to ensure accuracy in providing any information.
10. Online Application Tips:
    • While applying online, use links and buttons, not the Back button.
    • After completion, close all browser windows to safeguard personal details.
    • Submit only one online application form; multiple submissions will be rejected.
11. Image Requirements:
    • Prepare scanned images of the Photograph and Signature in jpg/jpeg format.
    • Photo size: 50 KB to 100 KB, Signature size: 10 KB to 100 KB.
12. Additional Note:
    • You are advised not to believe in fake calls, emails, posts, and SMS making false promises to help candidates clear the BITSAT exam. Please note that www.bitsadmission.com is the only authentic website for admission to BITS Pilani.
    • Applications for BITSAT Session-2 is only open from 26th May, 2025 to 10th June, 2025.
